SHIPPING & RETURNS

Subject to the terms, limitations, and conditions set forth herein, Armadillo Phone provides free shipping for eligible orders having a merchandise subtotal greater than $300, before the application of any taxes, duties, customs charges, currency conversion charges, insurance, expedited-service charges, or other governmental or carrier-imposed fees. Orders not satisfying the foregoing threshold may be subject to shipping charges displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated prior to shipment.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Armadillo Phone ships orders using DHL. Delivery dates, transit times, tracking events, customs processing, import inspections, and final delivery performance are administered by DHL and any applicable governmental authorities or local delivery agents, and are therefore estimates only and not guaranteed by Armadillo Phone. Customer shall remain responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for complying with all import, customs, tax, and delivery requirements applicable to the destination jurisdiction.

Order processing may require between one (1) and seven (7) business days following receipt of order confirmation and cleared payment, subject to inventory availability, verification, compliance review, customization, holidays, carrier pickup schedules, and other operational conditions. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time, and no statement on this page shall be construed as a representation that shipment or delivery will occur by a fixed date.

Armadillo Phone maintains a thirty (30) day return policy for eligible products. To qualify for return consideration, the customer must request return authorization within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery, and the product must be returned in accordance with any instructions provided by Armadillo Phone. Returned products must be in substantially the same condition in which they were received, together with all included components, accessories, documentation, packaging, and proof of purchase, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Armadillo Phone reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to inspect all returned merchandise and to decline, reduce, or condition any refund, exchange, or credit where a product is damaged, altered, incomplete, abused, used beyond ordinary inspection, missing materials, or otherwise ineligible under this policy. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, payment-processing costs, insurance, return postage, and similar fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Armadillo Phone.

Nothing in this Shipping & Returns policy shall limit any non-waivable rights available to a customer under applicable consumer protection law. This policy may be supplemented by additional terms presented at checkout, in a product listing, on an invoice, or in direct written correspondence from Armadillo Phone. In the event of a conflict, the more specific written terms applicable to the order shall govern to the maximum extent permitted by law.
